DCEL offers to our clients: assistance in Project Identification and Planning, Preliminary and Detailed Feasibility Studies, Techno-Economic Feasibility Studies, Impact Assessment, Strategic Planning, Detailed Engineering Services, Financial and Economic Analysis, Project Appraisal and Evaluation, Project Management, Socio-Economic Studies, Environmental Impact Assessment, Risk Analysis and Disaster Management, Revamping Institutional / Organization Structure, Legal and Financial Advisory Services, Evaluation of Private Sector Bidders, Deal Setting and Twinning Project Identification.

DCEL has undertaken the Socio-Economic Impact Assessment of the Maitreya Project and Desk Study, Geo-technical and Topography survey, contract administration and supervision.

DCEL's association with Maitreya Project started in December 98, when we assisted Mott Macdonald in carrying out the pre-feasibility studies of Maitreya School and Hospital projects. DCEL's contribution was partial cost estimation and site assistance.

In future DCEL looks forward to contributing more towards this project. Further, it also envisions playing a pivotal role in materialization of this project.
